Kim Cattrall has confessed that she is struggling with herself not to brake the promise. She says:”It’s crazy. You really have to be careful because I’ve signed my life away to say I won’t tell. It gets to the point where you’re terrified to carry your script around just in case someone catches a glimpse of it. I’ll be glad when the movie is out and we can all relax.”

She made headlines worldwide  in 2009 when she accidentally revealed the part of the script.

A sixteen-second teaser trailer for the upcoming political thriller “The Ghost”, has appeared online.

Polanski’s first feature since 2005’s Oliver Twist, stars Pierce Brosnan, Kim Cattrall, Ewan McGregor, Olivia Williams, Tom Wilkinson, Jim Belushi and Timothy Hutton.

Ghost centers on a former British Prime Minister, Adam Lang (Brosnan), who is holed up on an island off the Eastern seaboard of the USA in midwinter, writing his memoirs. When his long-standing aide drowns, a professional ghostwriter (McGregor) is sent out to help him finish the book. The anonymous ghostwriter is quickly drawn into a political and sexual intrigue involving Lang’s wife, Ruth (Williams) and his aide (Cattrall).

At this point, it has yet to acquire a distributor or set a release date.
