Summit Entertainment has released the first trailer and photos from Jonathan Levine‘s upcoming movie 50/50. Hit the jump to check out the trailer and the first photos.

The Film stars Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Seth Rogen, Anna Kendrick, Bryce Dallas Howard, Angelica Huston, and Phillip Baker Hall.  It opens September 30th.

Here’s the official synopsis for 50/50:

Inspired by personal experiences, 50/50 is an original story about friendship, love, survival and finding humor in unlikely places. Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Seth Rogen star as best friends whose lives are changed by a cancer diagnosis. Rogen also serves as producer, along with Evan Goldberg and Ben Karlin. Jonathan Levine directs from a script by Will Reiser. “We worked with Will on Da Ali G show, and it was shortly after that we learned he was sick.” Rogen recalls. “As shocking, sad, confusing and generally screwed up as it was; we couldn’t ignore that because we were so ill-equipped to deal with the situation, funny things kept happening. Will got better, and when he did, we thought the best way to pull something good out of the situation was to get him to write a screenplay. Ideally we wanted to make a film that would be as funny, sad, and hopefully as honest as the experience we went through. As soon as the script was completed, it quickly became a passion project for all of us. It helped us come to terms with Will’s struggle as well as our own experiences.” 50/50 is the story of a guy’s transformative and, yes, sometimes funny journey to health. 50/50 draws its emotional core from Will Reiser’s own experience with cancer and reminds us that friendship and love, no matter what bizarre turns they take, are the greatest healers.

Robert Pattinson (Edward Cullen) and Kristen Stewart (Bella Swan) in “Twilight: Eclipse” Movie

New photos of Twilight Eclipse have just been released. As we have recently said it is coming  to the theaters on 30th June.

Bella (Kristen Stewart) is once again in the middle of mysterious killings. She will be forced to choose between her love to Edward (Robert Pattinson) and her friendship with Jackob (Taylor Lautner) being aware that her decision can bring up to an end the ageless struggle between vampire and warewolf. Bella will be confronted with the most important decision of her life.

Scripts for all three parts in The Twilight film series were written by Melissa Rosenberg and director of Eclipse is David Slade.

“The Twilight Saga’s Eclipse” is an adaptation of the third novel from Stephenie Meyer’s “Twilight” series. The story finds Bella Swan once again being surrounded by danger. Knowing that her decision has the potential to ignite the ageless struggle between vampire and werewolf, she is forced to choose between her love for Edward and her friendship with Jacob.

Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart return as Edward and Bella. Bryce Dallas Howard takes over Victoria from Rachelle Lefevre, Catalina Sandino Moreno stars as Maria and Jack Huston is picked up to portray Rosalie’s former fiance, Royce King II. “Eclipse” is scheduled for a U.S. release on June 30, 2010.

Bryce Dallas Howard was born in 1981 and is the daughter of director Ron Howard. Already established in the industry with its own name in recent years it has shown in supporting roles in major productions such as’ Terminator Salvation ‘or’ Spiderman 3 ‘.

Filming on Eclipse starts next month, with a release date of June 30, 2010 set in stone.
