Tom Cruise is back in the “Mission Impossible 4″

Deadline Hollywood has officially confirmed that Tom Cruise has signed for the ‘Mission Impossible 4′, and that J.J. Abrams who was a director of the ‘Mission Impossible 3′ will not direct the next movie, but he will produce it.

Paramount Chairman and CEO Brad Grey said that:

“Tom and J.J. are great talents and we are excited to be working with them to re-launch this legendary franchise.”

Script is written by Josh Applebaum and Andre Nemec, of course it is based on the idea from Tom Cruise and J.J. Abrams. Director is still unknown.

The shooting of ‘Mission Impossible 4′ is planned to start this Summer and to be released on a Memorial Day, 2011.

Till then we are watching Tom Cruise in an action comedy “Knight and Day” with Cameron Diaz, coming up in theatres on 2nd July.
