Mel Gobson is in a movie “Cold Warrior”
We have discovered that there is a rumor that Mel Gibson is in talks to star in spy thriller “Cold Warrior” which will be directed by Lethal Weapon screenwriter Shane Black from a script by Chuck Mondry.
The film is about a spy from the Cold War era who comes out of retirement to team with a younger agent from the new school to confront a domestic terrorism threat orchestrated by Russia.
“Cold Warrior” will be produced by Michelle Manning, David Greenblatt and Anthony Bagarozzi.
Gibson starts shooting the independent action drama “How I Spent My Summer Vacation”, based on a screenplay he wrote, in March and will likely segue to “Cold Warrior” in June.
