Tim Burton signed for “Sleeping Beauty”

Tim Burton is putting the finishing touches on his latest film “Alice in Wonderland” which is set to hit theaters on March 5th, 2010.

However, if reports are to be believed, Tim Burton has been bitten by the fairytale bug. This famous director is cashing another Disney animation “Sleeping Beauty”. The most interesting thing  related to this new movie is that Tim Burton wants to tell the story from the point of view of villainous dark witch, Maleficent.

Maleficent was always the most interesting character in the story, but we never knew why she has hated those three little fairys. Tim will give us the answers in his new “Sleeping Beauty”.
