New Dazzling “Alice in Wondrland” Trailer

A new extended trailer for Tim Burton’s “Alice in Wonderland” has appeared via Spike.

The story centers on the 17 year old Alice. Attending a party at a Victorian estate only to find she is about to be proposed to in front of hundreds of snooty society types, she runs after a white rabbit into a hole and ends up transferred once again to Wonderland. Still, she has no recollection of this place she visited 10 years before.

The trailer is nearly identical to the previously released theatrical trailer only a few new snippets of previously unseen footage have been inserted. Apparently there’s a new shot of Johnny Depp as the Mad Hatter.

Movie boasts a robust cast including Mia Wasikowska as Alice, Johnny Depp as The Mad Hatter, Anne Hathaway as The White Queen and Helena Bonham Carter as bulbous headed The Red Queen.

Alice in Wonderland is scheduled to hit theaters on March 5th, 2010 in both Disney Digital 3D as well as regular 2D.
