In the thriller movie Edge of Darkness, Mel Gibson play Thomas Craven, a Beantown homicide detective who investigating his own daughter’s (Bojana Novakovic) death and uncovering high-level corruption (which, as it tends to do, probably goes all the way to the top). Ray Winstone plays a government “cleaner” sent to handle the matter in the way that shady movie government types do. Danny Huston takes on the role of a shady businessman while Shawn Roberts will play the role of the daughter’s distraught boyfriend.
The film comes from Casino Royale director Martin Campbell and The Departed writer William Monahan.
