New “Avatar” pictures and Official Trailer

Avatar Day isn’t enough. Fox is trying to make this Avatar Week.

If you want to know everything and anything that has to do with James Cameron’s upcoming sci-fi release, Avatar, than we have a mixed bag for you today. Along with the trailer for the film, we’ve got six new images from the film. They show Sam Worthington, Sigourney Weaver, Giovanni Ribisi, Stephen Lang and Michelle Rodriguez in character, and the one above, a still from the trailer, shows off some of the war tech we’ve already seen in toy form. Avatar, the new 3-D movie is scheduled to hit theaters on December 18th.
