Woody Harrelson in “Zombieland” Red Band Trailer

A restricted trailer for the upcoming horror/comedy “Zombieland”, starring Jesse Eisenberg, Woody Harrelson, Abigail Breslin and Bill Murray (as a zombie), has appeared online.

In the Zombieland focuses on two men who have found a way to survive a world overrun by zombies. Columbus is a big wuss — but when you’re afraid of being eaten by zombies, fear can keep you alive. Tallahassee is an AK-toting, zombie-slaying’ bad ass whose single determination is to get the last Twinkie on earth. As they join forces with Wichita and Little Rock, who have also found unique ways to survive the zombie mayhem, they will have to determine which is worse: relying on each other or succumbing to the zombies.

While the previous trailer offered a sneak peek at the film’s sense of humor, this one offers viewers a bunch of bloody moments; wildly funny ones at that. The trailer kicks off with Woody Harrelson twanging some deliverance chords on a banjo to lure out an overstuffed zombie that could have been a boss in Capcom’s Dead Rising game. From there the carnage and fun begin, depending on which side you’re rooting for.

Zombieland infests theaters on October 9.
